Project Description
This is a chimney chase that I completed for a couple in the Randall tract area of Folsom that I have done many projects for in the past 4 years. I had to remove the spark arrester, metal cap, all four corners of 2×6 trim and the T-111 siding that had become rotten in a few areas and was leaking water into an upstairs closet. Once I had finished they were extremely happy with the updated and newly painted chase.
