Project Description
This is a job I finished last week for a family in The Shores area of Folsom. A few areas on their home had some large areas of dry rot to the lap siding, trim and the framing and wood backing underneath. So I had to remove the siding, trim and parts of the sheathing and wood frame pieces. Then replaced everything I had removed. They are very happy with the results and are having me complete a few other areas next week.
