Dave repaired and replaced some siding on our house. He was always punctual, and very thorough in his work. We found him to be very helpful and conservative when it came to what needed to be replaced and what could be taken care of by me to help save on cost. We would definitely use him again for other handyman services.

We called Dave to take a look at a faulty electrical outlet. It wasn’t an easy fix but he took the time to phone a friend (electrician) and trouble shoot it until he resolved the problem. And all this in just an hours time…so very affordable. Great job! Highly recommend!

My roof and gutters had about three years of dirt and debris piled up - to the point that I even had weeds growing in the valleys of my metal roof. Even though there were gutter guards in place, rain would just pour over the edges of the gutters, . Dave cleaned everything out and then went the extra mile and cleaned up the cement patio and the sides of the house where the dirt ran down the walls during the cleaning process. I’m very happy with the results and with his reasonable pricing. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!

We had Dave come out to install our cafe lights in a large tree. He did an amazing job. He is kind, prompt, accommodating, and does his work very well. His pricing is great too! Definitely give Dave a call.

If I could give Dave a ten star review, I would. He did dry rot repair in our atrium that required assessing what needed to be replaced around windows and siding, purchased the materials, took out the rotten stuff, installed the good stuff, caulked everything—including areas we couldn’t see—then even helped us move a giant piano! He and his associate were friendly, polite, on time, communicative, and cleaned up after themselves better than I would have—and that’s saying something for a neatnik like me. DC Concepts is now on my speed dial!

There was a big gap at the foundation of my backyard fence, primarily due to storm erosion and/or animal digging. Dave fixed it using steel wire mesh and cement/sand mixture with gravel to boulder sized rocks on top of it. The job was beautifully done. No need for me to worry about storm and animals for a hundred years. This is the first time Dave helped me, but he is already on top of my list for future project.
